Got it ready.... not that it would have been hard to paint or anything, but the file was scanned too big and the computer kept on crashing.
Khandir Sa'Regon, future King of Scionsce. ...or he shouldn't be the king, but he will be. His brother, Kharagath was the heir, but Khandir researched some laws of his land and discovered a way to become king himself.

This is an amazing piece of art, but his expression bothers me. He looks shocked or surprised, and I think that emotion looks out of place. He should appear more confident. Also, would his hair really be so transparent?
The background is a photo collage? I would have never guessed! O_O It's incredible what you did with it. Looks like it was painted, not shot through a camera lens.
